This position offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities to build innovative HR programs.
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to provide support to our TikTok Engineering teams. You will be responsible for employee relations, retention, supporting initiatives such as performance reviews, and improving existing processes and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business. As we continue to grow rapidly, you will also assist in building innovative programs to support our R&D teams as they scale.
Our organization follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work in the office 4 days a week or as directed by their manager/department. This model is regularly reviewed and may change at any time.
