Job description

1. Job Descriptions

   1. To prepare the site for work, which may include planning work schedules and establishing on-site offices, in accordance with the objectives established by the Project Manager.

   2. To monitor progress and ensure that deadlines are met.

   3. To ensure good and safe working conditions and that the well-being of workers on the site is taken care of.

   4. To coordinate and oversee the delivery of materials.

   5. To conduct safety checks.

   6. To manage and address work-related issues as they arise.

   7. To formulate construction and maintenance plans.

   8. Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, planners, and contractors as necessary.

   9. Ensure that work complies with building regulations, safety codes, design specifications, and quality standards.

   10. Provide regular progress reports to management.

   11. Act as the first point of contact for the company at the site.

   12. Prepare and submit documentation, such as EOT, schedule of works, progress reports, and method statements.

   13. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their works are carried out effectively and efficiently.

   14. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

2. Requirements

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

2. Minimum of 8 years of local experience in facade projects.

3. Knowledge of MS Projects, MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.

4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
