Job Description


The Student Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for students enrolled in the academy. This role involves administrative support, communication with students and parents, and assisting coaches with logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Enrollment & Onboarding:
    Manage registrations, payments, and documentation for new students.
    Convey orientation details and provide academy guidelines to parents.
  • Communication & Support:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents (via WhatsApp)
    Address inquiries regarding schedules, fees, training programs, and policies.
  • Administrative Coordination:
    Maintain student records (attendance, progress, feedback).
    Schedule training sessions and assist with rescheduling of sessions when required.
    Assist coaches with equipment, venue bookings, and logistics.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Handle student/parent concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
    Work with the management team to improve student satisfaction.
  • Promotion & Engagement:
    Help organize student engagement activities (e.g., tournaments, workshops).
    Assist in marketing efforts (social media, newsletters, testimonials).

Requirement

  • Minimum of diploma in business administrative course
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer support or student support
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Suitable for retirees looking for part time work. This job is on contractual basis, renewable every 3 months.
