Job description

We're Osome- an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

About the role:

As the VP of Marketing, you'll work closely with the leadership team to drive our marketing strategies, build brand awareness, develop a differentiated positioning, and engineer a high-quality demand pipeline.

As a critical contributor to our company's direction and growth, you'll report directly to the CEO and oversee marketing strategy, e-commerce strategy, and marketing operations.

We currently operate in three markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, UK. You will ensure that Osome continues to grow in these markets and enter new ones.

Your ability to effectively reach, engage and communicate Osome's unique value proposition to our target customer segments, establish thought leadership, and drive demand, is crucial to success in this role.

You are an excellent communicator, exceptionally creative, and consistently generate innovative ideas while navigating growth challenges. In addition, your track record demonstrates outstanding results within international tech companies and you are able to quickly grasp the complexities surrounding our products, services and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Lead Osome's global Marketing strategy to achieve rapid and sustainable growth.

Drive revenue through e-commerce initiatives and partnership marketing.

Develop and execute a practical marketing roadmap that drives awareness and generates demand.

Own messaging and competitive differentiation, positioning Osome's unique value proposition across our markets.

Build the Osome brand globally through PR and comms.

Foster alignment with company goals by engaging with all areas of the business.

Inspire and motivate the Global Marketing team, elevating their performance to new heights.

Cultivate a culture of testing and learning to continuously improve marketing campaigns

Collaborate with internal stakeholders in product and sales to strategically plan, create, and launch compelling campaigns and stories tailored to resonate with our target audiences.

Embrace a customer-centric mindset, putting customer needs at the forefront.

Who you are:

Experience in a multinational / global tech company with strong background in digital marketing

Proven track record in scaling up marketing and e-commerce efforts in fast-growing companies

Expertise in building a global brand through PR, Comms & Creative strategies

Experience in hiring and leading high-performing marketing teams

Established work experience as a VP of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, or a similar senior role within tech organisations.

Expert knowledge of go-to-market and product-led growth strategies.

Prior experiences business development and partner marketing in the tech industry is a plus

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives

Exceptional leadership skills, capable of building a dedicated following within the organisation.

Possess a growth mindset, approaching work with a results-driven approach that emphasises testing, measuring, and iterating.

Proficient in articulating and championing digital marketing best practices.

Strategic thinker who can balance immediate needs with long-term direction.

Experience in the field of accounting solutions would be a plus.
