An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to enhance tenant relations and drive promotional activities within a co-working space. This role involves sales, event planning, and collaboration with the operations team to ensure top-notch service quality. Our client is dedicated to bringing a variety of brands and businesses from Japan to the Southeast Asian market. They manage commercial spaces, including retail areas within transportation hubs.
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (often includes weekend events and overtime)
Contract Duration: 3 months (with a high chance of conversion to permanent staff)
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative professional, you will manage tenant relations and promotional activities within a co-working space. Your responsibilities will include sales, event planning, and coordination with the operations team to enhance service quality. You will also handle contracts, manage tenant statuses, and network with tenants. Additionally, you will oversee promotion projects, organize related documents, and communicate with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Co-working Business:
Sales for new tenants
Communicating with potential tenants
Developing event ideas
Preparing and operating events to attract new members or update the member database
Managing tenant statuses and vacant rooms
Handling contracts with tenants
Coordinating with the Operations team to enhance quality
Networking with tenants
Promotion Business:
Managing the progress of promotion projects with tenants
Organizing documents for promotion projects
Communicating with clients regarding promotion projects
Assisting with sales for promotion projects
Job Requirements:
Experience in promotion business
Experience in property sales
Good communication skills in English
Proven experience as a sales representative
Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Team player who can handle a fast-paced work environment
