Salesforce CRM Techno-Functional SME – Corporate Banking Technology

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Techno-Functional SME to join our corporate banking technology team, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM. This role demands a hybrid skill set—solid technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of CRM processes. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions, acting as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for both technical and functional aspects of Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and ensure seamless integration with core banking platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize CRM workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction.
  • Guide internal teams and vendors with technical leadership and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and emerging tech trends in CRM, providing strategic input to leadership.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
  • Oversee system testing, resolve technical issues, and support post-implementation stabilization.
  • Partner with cybersecurity to uphold robust security standards for CRM platforms.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
