Job Description:
Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.
Keep proper records of M & E readings and monitor the performance of plant and equipment.
Check all service contractors and sub-contractors on-site work and to report irregularities to the PO or/and CM.
Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.
Carry out minor tasks assigned by the Property Officer or/and Complex Manager with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. escorting of vendors, changing bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc.)
Any other duties assigned by the Complex Manager.
Job Requirements:
NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, mechanical or electrical
At least 3 years and above MCST Experience in managing occupants, and term vendors, in industrial or mixed development.
