Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues

  • Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

  • Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users

  • Support on new product certifications and renewals

  • Provide support on company’s Warranty Entitlement and Claim system

Period:

  • Permanent

Location:

  • South (near Labrador MRT station) (Shuttle service provided at Queenstown MRT)

Working hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm(need to start earlier than the rest)

Salary:

  • $3,800 - $4,200 (depends on experience)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, engineering or equivalent

  • Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
