A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking an Administrative Support professional to assist clinical and management teams. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in relevant fields and experience in administrative roles. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential records. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What you'll be doing
Provide administrative and secretarial support to clinical and management teams
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for clinical departments
Assist in compiling reports, data entry, and handling of confidential records
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support operational needs
Maintain databases, track department KPIs, and support audit or compliance processes
Handle patient and staff enquiries with professionalism and discretion
Support department projects and initiatives as assigned
What we're looking for
Diploma in Health Services/ Health Promotion/ Business Administration or related studies
1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare/ hospital administrative support will be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask, work independently, and manage confidential information sensitively
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting
