Our client - a leading bank is looking for Senior Operation Manager (Treasury, Trade & Loans)

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and reviewing the end to end settlement function in Treasury, Trade & Loans, and Private Banking operations
• Lead daily operations across multiple functions, ensuring compliance with the bank’s internal policies and regulatory standards
• Identify process inefficiencies and operational risks, and implement appropriate controls and enhancements
• Drive strategic and transformational initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows, closing process gaps, and optimizing overall operational performance
• Shape and execute growth strategies for the Operations division, while recommending and prioritizing key operational improvements
• Collaborate closely with team leaders to assess team capabilities and identify training and development needs
• Coach and mentor operations staff to foster professional growth and support achievement of business objectives

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in banking operations, with solid expertise in the following areas: Treasury, Trade & Loans, and Private Banking
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple teams within a banking operations environment
• Strong background in process/ system improvement and business continuity management
