Job description

Our client, a leader in industrial machinery manufacturing, is looking for Pricing and Sales Manager to join their team.

Location: West Singapore

Scope of work:

  • Create and manage pricing frameworks that ensure competitiveness in the digital parts marketplace
  • Maintain updated pricing details within internal systems for multiple parts and accessory items
  • Draft pricing proposals that are both accurate and market-competitive, and revise them in response to changing conditions
  • Ensure adherence to regional tax regulations and international trade compliance during all transactions
  • Engage directly with customers to follow up on major quotations to enhance conversion
  • Supervise all stages of the crane parts sales workflow—from the first inquiry through to delivery
  • Observe market behavior and trends to identify potential growth areas for parts sales
  • Design and launch promotional campaigns and strategic plans to boost sales performance
  • Handle end-to-end processes for spare parts—from sourcing to final shipment
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions involving parts and services
  • Examine existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose enhancements
  • Perform additional functions as needed by the business

Requirements:

  • Holds a degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related area
  • Comfortable with overseas travel
  • Comfortable working with enterprise software (ERP) and digital tools for logistics or pricing
  • Must have strong skills in supply coordination and logistical planning
  • Previous experience in a role managing parts inventory or sales—especially within the heavy equipment sector or crane operations—is highly valued
  • Able to draw insights from data to fine-tune stock levels and optimize business decisions
