Front Desk Officer / Receptionist
Salary: Up to $2500 + OT
Location: Ubi
Working Days: 5.5-day workweek

Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, handle general inquiries, and relay messages.
Welcome and check in visitors, directing them to their destinations.
Manage incoming mail, parcels, and front desk petty cash.
Maintain hardcopy filing of monthly front desk reports.
Coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs with the chauffeur.
Verify and summarize retail transaction settlements for accounts.
Ensure the cleanliness of the customer area.
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior experience in reception or customer service roles.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and committed to delivering top-notch service.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry.
