What to Expect:
Based in our Singapore office, you will work on impactful projects for leading global companies and government agencies. As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Project Management and Execution
- Lead and manage the execution of research and consulting projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring high-quality delivery and timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive the project process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development and day-to-day project activities.
- Quantitative and Qualitative Research
- Design and implement both quantitative (e.g., surveys, data analysis) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups) research methodologies.
- Oversee fieldwork operations, ensuring data accuracy and methodological consistency.
- Analyze data and distill key insights to address client business needs.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports and present findings to clients.
- Business Development Support
- Assist in the development of proposals for new business opportunities.
What We Require:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
- 2–3 years of experience in research, consulting, or analytics;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights;
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; and
- Flexibility to travel internationally.
