What to Expect:

Based in our Singapore office, you will work on impactful projects for leading global companies and government agencies. As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Project Management and Execution

• Lead and manage the execution of research and consulting projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring high-quality delivery and timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive the project process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development and day-to-day project activities.

• Quantitative and Qualitative Research

• Design and implement both quantitative (e.g., surveys, data analysis) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups) research methodologies.
• Oversee fieldwork operations, ensuring data accuracy and methodological consistency.

• Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze data and distill key insights to address client business needs.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and present findings to clients.

• Business Development Support

• Assist in the development of proposals for new business opportunities.

What We Require:

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

• 2–3 years of experience in research, consulting, or analytics;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights;
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; and
• Flexibility to travel internationally.
