The Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Procurement Assistant Manager to support key financial and procurement functions. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth vendor operations, and contributing to process improvements within the Corporate Services team. Key responsibilities include:
Review general ledger (GL) codes and amortization schedules in the procurement system (Tenderboard).
Support the raising of invoices and goods receipts within Tenderboard.
Perform daily accounting duties and manage full sets of accounts with proper documentation and reconciliations.
Liaise with and oversee outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.
Conduct monthly financial report reviews and variance analysis; share findings with relevant divisions.
Assist in managing budget transfers and verifying adequate procurement funding in the ERP system.
Provide support for finance, procurement, and inventory management functions across departments.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance financial efficiency.
Deliver administrative support to the Corporate Services team as needed.
Take on any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.
What Are We Looking For?

A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance or procurement role.
Prior experience working in the charity sector or public service agencies is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement platforms (e.g. Tenderboard) is preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills for report reviews and stakeholder coordination.
A collaborative spirit and willingness to support team operations.
