The Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Procurement Assistant Manager to support key financial and procurement functions. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring smooth vendor operations, and contributing to process improvements within the Corporate Services team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Review general ledger (GL) codes and amortization schedules in the procurement system (Tenderboard).

  • Support the raising of invoices and goods receipts within Tenderboard.

  • Perform daily accounting duties and manage full sets of accounts with proper documentation and reconciliations.

  • Liaise with and oversee outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.

  • Conduct monthly financial report reviews and variance analysis; share findings with relevant divisions.

  • Assist in managing budget transfers and verifying adequate procurement funding in the ERP system.

  • Provide support for finance, procurement, and inventory management functions across departments.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance financial efficiency.

  • Deliver administrative support to the Corporate Services team as needed.

  • Take on any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management.

What Are We Looking For?

  • A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance or procurement role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement platforms (e.g. Tenderboard) is preferred.

  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to support team operations.
