A leading company in the cleaning robotics industry is seeking a Sales Executive/Engineer to manage customer accounts and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant sales experience. This permanent position offers a competitive salary, transport allowance, and performance bonuses.
Position: Sales Executive/Engineer (ROBOTICS)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 Basic Salary + $1,000 Transport Allowance + 2%-4% Commission Profit + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
Identify opportunities to grow and retain accounts by upselling and cross-selling products/services
Participate in pre-sales activities, such as exhibitions, product demos, and solution discussions
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
Assist in creating sales proposals, quotes, and presentations, ensuring accuracy
Collect market feedback on product performance, customer needs, and industry trends
Work with other departments (operations, engineering, support) to resolve issues and meet customer needs
Requirements:
Diploma in any Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic or relevant Engineering discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant robotic sales experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Possess Class 3/Class 2 driving license and own vehicle
