We are looking for someone who can thrive with a high level ofambiguity and operate autonomously while maintaining a customer-centricapproach.Customer Success at Cybereason drives adoption and ensures our customersbecome our biggest advocates. We ensure that each and every one of ourcustomers realise the full potential of our technology. We work internallywith every department to be the voice of the customer and ensure aworld-class experience for our customers.We are looking for empathetic, tech-savvy communicators who understandthe critical role Cybereason plays in defending the health of ourclients’ enterprises. Our Customer Success Managers are more than justpost-sale relationship managers; we are looking for client partners who areable to act as the face of the Company to protect and expand our bottomline.The successful Customer Success Manager must be able to effectivelydrive adoption and align proper internal and external resources to ensurevalue realisation. You’ll leverage your deep proficiency in projectmanagement and communication to manage expectations, create air-tightfeedback loops and ensure the constant maturation of our internal processesand feedback mechanisms.If you have five years of relevant experience in Customer Success,Cybereason could be the place for you!Day to Day 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical accountmanagement, project management or related customer-facing roles.Experience in the cyber security domain is highly desirable; otherbackgrounds in technology, particularly SaaS and enterprise technology, maybe considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.Project management experience with all aspects of the post-salesexperience, from small to enterprise-sized customers, spanning tasks fromonboarding, product upgrade planning, and providing L1 support to featuretraining.Be the voice of the customer internally; bring in the right people todeliver the best service.Track record of developing strong, trusted relationships with economicbuyers and technical stakeholders.Project management expertise: You approach customer support withconsistent, proactive meetings/touchpoints that positively impact loyaltyand revenue growth.Strong internal and external communication skills.Salesforce knowledge, metrics-drivenAbility to travel as needed (Why join now?Leading technology in MITRE ATT&CK Evaluations and the Gartner EPPMagic QuadrantOpportunity to transform a region Best in Best-in-breed sales training in MEDDPICC and Command of theMessageAccess to sales tools, people and processes designed to make yousuccessfulGreat earnings potentialNew hire stock equityDiverse and inclusive workplace cultureMore About CybereasonOur culture and how we operate reflects in our shared values.Our #Defenders are individuals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds whoare driven to innovate and scale with our growing organization.
