Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and support business growth across Alfa Medicus’ healthcare services. The role requires strong digital marketing skills, healthcare marketing knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support service lines and clinic promotions.

  • Manage content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and patient education materials.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

  • Support CRM initiatives to improve patient retention and engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.

  • Manage events, webinars, and community outreach programs in alignment with business goals.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

  • Mentor junior marketing staff and assist in team development where necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare or a related service industry.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

  • Experience in content writing and design coordination (Canva, Adobe tools is a plus).

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

  • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
