Job description

Are you passionate about food and design? We're looking for a creative and curious individual who’s eager to explore the world of food design—beyond just packaging and graphics. From mouth-watering visuals to trendy recipe content, from packaging labels to eye-catching social media campaigns, you'll get to create across all platforms.

As part of our in-house design team in a food manufacturing environment, you’ll work closely with marketing to support everything from packaging to online platforms. You’ll also be exposed to food regulations and collaborate on concepts that are not only beautiful but also compliant and market-ready. If you love food, enjoy multi-disciplinary design work, and want to be part of a team that experiments and innovates—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging solutions aligned with brand direction and product launches

• Create compelling graphics, layouts, and production-ready assets for various communication materials

• Ensure high design quality and accuracy across all materials

• Lead and manage your design projects from concept to final output

• Stay updated on packaging and labelling trends, especially in the food industry

• Work cross-functionally with business and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns across platforms (social media, web, email, online stores, influencer collabs, etc.)

• Support brand storytelling through recipe visuals, social content, and presentation materials

• Help ensure compliance with labelling regulations for local and export markets

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum Diploma in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant design experience (packaging or food industry is a plus)

• A creative eye and strong attention to detail, especially in typography and layout

• A proactive and positive team player who can also work independently

• Curious and resourceful, able to explore creative solutions even with minimal guidance

• Willing to learn and adapt to food labelling requirements and design trends

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus

• Experience in food styling, photography, or multimedia design is a plus

Bonus Traits:

• You enjoy experimenting with food concepts or recipes for social content

• You're keen on keeping up with social media trends and digital marketing ideas

• You’re detail-oriented when it comes to label layouts and regulatory requirements

• You want to grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment that supports all kinds of design work—from serious packaging to funky food memes
