Household Manager/Personal Assistant - N.Tan

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Household Manager/Personal Assistant to manage the daily operations of a private residence and provide comprehensive personal support to the household members. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic household.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Operations Management - Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the residence, including scheduling, staff supervision, and training to maintain high service standards.

  • Property Maintenance & Upkeep - Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the home. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

  • Budget & Expense Management - Track household expenses, manage budgets, and maintain accurate financial records for review and planning.

  • Resource & Inventory Planning, Process & Documentation - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), including equipment manuals, inventory records, vendor contact lists, and daily checklists.

  • Travel & Business Support - Provide logistical support for domestic business travel, including arranging flights, preparing accommodation, and offering on-ground coordination as needed.

  • Meal Planning & Grocery Management - Coordinate daily meal preparation according to dietary needs and preferences. Handle grocery shopping and pantry restocking as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in household or estate management, or as a personal assistant in a private or executive setting.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong time management.

  • Open to a staggered working schedule and 24x7 standby depending on household needs

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
