Known for innovation and quality, the company is critical in advanced manufacturing worldwide.

The Job

  • Lead process development and improve manufacturing processes related to high-precision optical components and coatings.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve product yield, cycle time, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support troubleshooting of technical issues and drive root cause analysis for production challenges.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers to strengthen technical capabilities across the team.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Physics, or related).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving optical coatings or thin-film processes.
  • Strong understanding of statistical process control, DOE, and lean manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with PVD or similar deposition technologies is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
