Responsibilities
  • Handle over-the-counter transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers’ inquiries and ensure DBS service delivery standards are met to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank’s products and services.
  • Market and provide advisory on General Insurance to customers.
  • Educate and migrate customers towards our digital platform.
  • Drive service excellence in customer satisfaction—manage wait times, resolve problems, and handle feedback/escalations/complaints.
  • Understand issues and escalate to management appropriately and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer journeys.
  • Prior experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and a good team player.
  • Highly adaptable, able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to adapt to new digital systems and tools, e.g., Branch Connect system.
  • Certification in BCP (Basic Insurance Concepts & Principles) and PGI (Personal General Insurance) is required; candidates will need to complete these if selected.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, with half-days on Saturday (off in lieu provided for Saturday work).
