We are seeking a versatile and driven Digital Project Executive to lead and manage end-to-end digital initiatives with a primary focus on website development projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is also capable of supporting Web Development, AI chatbot solutions and digital marketing campaigns. You'll be working closely with clients, creative teams, and technical developers to deliver impactful digital experiences for SMEs. As a Digital Project Executive, you'll provide support in planning, execution and risk management of Web Development & AI projects. This position entails liaising with clients to scope out project requirements and communicating it to our creative team to ensure project progress is aligned with client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of web development projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with client objectives.

• Provide secondary project support for AI chatbot solutions and digital marketing campaigns.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, designers, marketers, and developers.

• Conduct onboarding meetings to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into actionable plans.

• Analyze technical and design requirements to develop effective digital solutions.

• Oversee project documentation, ensuring clear audit trails and records are maintained.

• Train clients on how to use newly delivered digital products and solutions.

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Continuously evaluate and improve project workflows and internal processes for enhanced efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication between all project stakeholders.
