Job Responsibilities:

  • Support AGMD Management in business trips bookings and meeting arrangements
  • Carry out general administrative tasks and support on system related matters in AGMD
  • Manages budget and expenses to achieve AGMD’s financial target every fiscal year.
  • Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of AGMD staff in Singapore
  • Contributes to AGMD’s revenue target indirectly by supporting all business line staff
  • Develops recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
  • Prepares various internal or regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate and liaise with the Head Office in Tokyo on projects

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree qualified
  • At least 2 years of experience in area of administrative supports
  • Good communication skills
  • Good team player and meticulous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Tech-savvy with IT related skills such as macro programming
