We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Trade Marketing Executive to lead CRM initiatives that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will assist in managing and expanding our customer database through targeted recruitment and activation campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that align with both HQ guidelines and local market needs, while continuously analyzing customer data to optimize program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and loyalty programs, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving customer expectations and sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly CRM communications via eDM, SMS, and app push notifications to members

  • Set up promotions in the POS system and troubleshoot membership-related errors

  • Extract, compile, and update data for reporting and analysis

  • Plan and implement CRM strategies to retain and acquire customers

  • Provide customer service support and manage CS email inquiries, feedback, and complaints

  • Manage CRM programs, campaigns, and budgets for loyalty activities

  • Evaluate and enhance membership programs to increase engagement and satisfaction

  • Analyze market and competitor trends to introduce new rewards and benefits

  • Support the Trade Marketing Manager in in-store promotions and activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent

  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or CRM; retail or FMCG background preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable with strong analytical skills

  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating on email design is an advantage
