Business Function
Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, people capability, and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and aim to delight our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

1. Drive and handle operations initiatives and business projects related to Cash products, processes, or change of operating model.
2. Lead and contribute to user requirement gathering and understand business changes through stakeholder walkthroughs.
3. Identify and define high-risk or complex process areas, and provide mitigation solutions where applicable.
4. Provide subject matter expertise on Cash Payments handling and processing.
5. Perform independent reviews and assessments of user requirements.
6. Collaborate with business partners, compliance, operations, technology, and testing teams on scope, project plans, and delivery timelines.
7. Prepare system training materials and conduct training to ensure operational readiness.
8. Offer post-implementation support to operations users and work closely with technology and business partners to resolve production incidents.
9. Manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues arising from projects or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Perform LV coordinator role with peers (rotation frequency) and manage weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a financial institution, including project management experience.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, payment processors, sanctions screening systems, and workflows.
• Additional knowledge in AI, LLM implementations, or certifications in Gen AI technology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage demanding stakeholders.
• Change mindset with confidence in timely execution and good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
