Position Summary
  1. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
  2. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
  3. Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
  4. Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
  5. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and computers.
  6. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
  7. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
  8. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure professional appearance; maintain confidentiality; protect company assets and guest information.
  10. Address guest service needs professionally and promptly.
  11. Communicate clearly and review written documents accurately.
  12. Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
  13. Develop positive working relationships; support team goals; respond appropriately to colleagues' concerns.
  14. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
