Tunnel E&M Manager/ MRT Tunnel proj/ Upto basic $20K Basic+AWS+VB/ East

• Permanent position and base in Singapore, east area.
• Require experience in Tunnel E&M system & Tunnel bore machine [TBM] operations in local tunneling projects preferred.

Our Client is a reputable MNC and leading A1 main contractor diverse in civil and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) aspects of TBM operations, conveyor systems, and bored tunneling works, encompassing coordination, planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, and control.
• In charge of planning, overseeing the TBM assembly, TBM testing and commissioning, SAT, and TBM dismantling.
• Responsible for overall maintenance and operation of Plant and Equipment for Tunneling including TBM.
• Fully responsible for the management of E & M works in tunneling and analysis of tunneling work progress and timely progress reporting.
• Managing and operating the EPB TBM’s, planning logistics and managing Plant team.
• Oversee compressed air works for Cutterhead Intervention.
• Oversee mechanical activities, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of TBM & plant equipment/machineries.
• Review TBM design and plan Tunnel Equipment Compatible to TBM.
• Responsible for TBM assembly and dismantling operations and coordinate between TBM manufacturer and contractors to ensure works are carried out in compliance with Project Safety Plan.
• Manage and lead a team [Mechanical and Electrical] to ensure maintenance of TBM, Plant, and Equipment for timely submission of maintenance records to Tunnel Manager.
• Evaluate and review TBM and other plant downtime and breakdowns to minimize delay to Tunneling operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing tunneling E&M works and TBM tunneling works & operations for large scale infrastructure projects.
