Overview
The role will support the Digital Manager, Marketing in driving the digital agenda for the Pizza Hut brand across Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention.
Expectations
- Campaign Management
- Oversee and execute Limited Time Offer (LTO) campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand messaging online and offline.
- Provide feedback to agencies and vendors to align campaigns with business and marketing goals.
- E-commerce & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.
- Participate in the design, functionality, and user experience of CRM and e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze customer data for insights and opportunities.
- Maintain and update digital channels including website, mobile app, and Google My Business.
- Food Aggregator Management
- Manage updates on food aggregator platforms like GrabFood, Deliveroo, and FoodPanda.
- Ensure timely and accurate menu updates.
- Coordinate promotion launches and resolve issues proactively to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Reporting
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance across channels, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Use analytics tools for growth and efficiency optimization.
- Research competitors’ marketing strategies regularly.
- Administrative Support
- Track media spending and ensure accurate billing.
- Organize and file reports and digital assets properly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
- University degree or Diploma in Business Management or Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Familiarity with analytics, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
