Overview

The role will support the Digital Manager, Marketing in driving the digital agenda for the Pizza Hut brand across Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention.

Expectations

  1. Campaign Management
  2. Oversee and execute Limited Time Offer (LTO) campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand messaging online and offline.
  3. Provide feedback to agencies and vendors to align campaigns with business and marketing goals.
  4. E-commerce & Customer Relationship Management
  5. Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.
  6. Participate in the design, functionality, and user experience of CRM and e-commerce platforms.
  7. Analyze customer data for insights and opportunities.
  8. Maintain and update digital channels including website, mobile app, and Google My Business.
  9. Food Aggregator Management
  10. Manage updates on food aggregator platforms like GrabFood, Deliveroo, and FoodPanda.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate menu updates.
  12. Coordinate promotion launches and resolve issues proactively to keep campaigns on schedule.
  13. Reporting
  14. Monitor and report on digital campaign performance across channels, assessing ROI and KPIs.
  15. Use analytics tools for growth and efficiency optimization.
  16. Research competitors’ marketing strategies regularly.
  17. Administrative Support
  18. Track media spending and ensure accurate billing.
  19. Organize and file reports and digital assets properly.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

  • University degree or Diploma in Business Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
