We are seeking a dynamic Business Support Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of SANS Training Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a disciplined work ethic, eye for detail and a passion for supporting cybersecurity professionals.

Being part of a new, growing team at SANS Training Singapore, you'd need to be:

  • Knowledgeable: Proficient in Windows functions, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Skillsfuture processes (assessment, claims, invoices) will put the candidate at a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of sales operations processes (Salesforce quotation, invoicing etc)
  • Resourceful: Solution-driven to look for creative options and alternatives.
  • Organised: Great at keeping track of projects, plans and processes to see them through from start to finish
  • Responsive: Take the initiative to learn and lead, while providing recommendations to better streamline processes
  • Effective communicator: Able to communicate confidently with external stakeholders such as government agencies and internal stakeholders such as finance, sales, marketing and operations
  • Service excellence: Going above and beyond to help others within the team

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee all Skillsfuture related processes such as quotations, claims, invoices, assessments and student communications.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of Skillsfuture courses.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Lead student communication and be responsive to their needs
  • Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Be part of the events team in organising public and private classes
