We are recruiting a Clinical Sales Specialist who preferably has experience in nursing, clinical support and/or sales of medical devices in the operative theatre, to be our primary representative for our surgical devices portfolio.
You must be a customer and product centric person who enjoys learning new things and thrives in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal skills will be needed to build effective relationships with customers as effective management of customer service and support is essential to the role.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales manager to establish good rapport with customers through excellent customer service for customer retention and market expansion
Manage technical inquiries and provide timely updates or resolutions on quality or technical issues (pre- and post-sales)
Perform in-service, product demonstrations, product presentations and evaluations with health care professionals
Communicate expeditiously any product or supply issues to Quality Assurance team as well as manufacturer
Assist in marketing activities and keep abreast with new products and technology trends (product R&D)
Educate internal and external personnel on subject matter and products
Achieve annual sales target set by the sales manager
Assist in inventory control and management of stock consignment to customers
Pre-requisites:
Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Technology, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
More than 3 years’ experience as a nurse or technician in operating theatre environment or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar clinical support capacity in the medical device industry preferred.
