Job description

Helpdesk Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and onsite assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Log incidents and service requests accurately in the IT ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant support teams
  • Perform user account management (e.g., password resets, access rights)
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
  • Support IT onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Provide end-user guidance and training on IT tools and best practices

Data Center Responsibilities:

  • Perform smart hand support for servers, and network equipment
  • Perform basic installation for routers and switches
  • Perform physical setup including racking, cabling, and patch panel management
  • Replace faulty hardware components and coordinate vendor support when needed
