Job description

Our client is looking for next team members to join their growing team :

Job Responsibilities:

a) Liaise with local customers & overseas agents on shipment/delivery arrangements

b) Liaise with transporter/vendor/customer on cargo clearance & delivery

c) Perform Data Entry into WMS system.

d) Report and notify customer for all discrepancies in incoming or outgoing shipments

e) Perform Inventories check

f) Knowledge in permit declaration, DG goods declaration, insurance declaration

g) A customer focused and responsive approach that improves service delivery

h) Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to customer emails queries & preparing documents

i) Liaise with software vendors for Warehouse management system

j) Other ad-hoc office/warehouse administration duties

Requirements:

a) O Level /ITE or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent

b) 1-2 years working experience in warehouse operations

c) Experience with WMS is an added advantage

d) Proficient in Microsoft Office skills

e) Take initiative with good and positive working attitude

f) Provide excellent Customer service

g) Good team player and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
