Salary Package: UP to $4300/month
Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm
Location: Central
Commitment period: ASAP - End of June (Cover)
Extendible/Convertible

Job Scope:

• Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc

• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences

• Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience as a Facilities Executive

• Diploma/degree in related fields (FM, Building, M&E, Engineering)

• Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification & expertise
