The role

Live your passion for managing and delivering complex Software Consulting projects. As a Delivery Manager, you will work in multidisciplinary teams across various industries. Working with clients and Zühlke teams, you are motivated to solve complex challenges.

Scope of Responsibility:

• Lead small to medium projects with low-to-mid-level complexity

Client Interaction:

• Regular interaction with stakeholders on project level, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery and addressing day-to-day operational challenges. Expected to build strong relationships at the operational level

Leadership, Learning and Development:

• Support the development of team members, encouraging continuous learning within the team

Financial Management:

• Oversee financial performance at the project level, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Focus on accurate reporting and financial forecasting

Agile Delivery Principles:

• You lead by example, actively managing and knowledge sharing with the latest agile methodologies

What’s important to us

• You have a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or similar

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles (Delivery, Project Management, etc.)

• You have a background in Software Development Consulting or Innovation Consulting industry

• You have a track record of project management with a complex agile approach

• You are growth-oriented, seeking development, and interested in technology and innovation
