Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and instruct technical maintenance training (knowledge, skills) for classroom training and OJT leading to qualifications for maintenance of GSEs, airport specialty vehicles.
Manage maintenance training office in terms of training courses delivery, learning and development solutions, curriculum reviews for effectiveness, as well as trainers’ development and deployment.
Perform learning needs analysis for trainees for design of courses, OJT and instructional materials.
Study and introduce appropriate learning technologies and systems, including e-learning as well as learning management systems.
Develop partnerships with industry parties/stakeholders like GSE OEMs, MRO companies, training institutes and/or government agencies to support maintenance training outcomes for company as directed.
Responsible for the serviceability of assigned training equipment and premises.
Key Requirements
Engineering Degree with at least 3 years of working experience in relevant technical training management role.
Team-player able to work independently with excellent problem solving, interpersonal, coaching, instructional, analytical and writing skills.
Expertise in learning pedagogy, learning needs analysis and technical training delivery.
