E-Commerce Executive

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

• Uploading and management of new and existing product listings and maintenance. 
• Manage, update and improve SKU(s) visuals on websites and third-party e-commerce platforms and ensure consistent brand image and identity.
• Responsible for managing online website content, including but not limited to, updating the stock count, newsletters and eDMs.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to conceptualize and develop online promotional activities for website and third-party e-commerce platforms.
• Support and collaborate with third-party e-commerce platforms account managers in planning and implementing online sales campaigns.
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis and compilation of reports for all online marketing campaign status and progress.
• Tracking and analysis of consumer data and purchasing behaviours to identify market trends and new market opportunities.
• Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters.
• Responsible for meeting ecommerce sales targets and manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Handle and respond to consumers’ feedbacks and concerns receive via website and third-party e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and execute SEO, SEM & SMM to drive traffic and sales to the respective websites.
• Recommend changes to website architecture and content.
• Cold calling using a given customer list/directory to upsell/expand portfolio
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management/Marketing/E-commerce or related field
• Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity 
• Able to work independently and be a team player with problem solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. 
• Effectively bilingual
