Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for Dashi Go-Go, our flagship lifestyle venue that fuses dining, entertainment, and curated experiences into a single destination. The ideal candidate is a blend of creative strategist, brand steward, and commercial driver—someone who can develop campaigns that build brand love while delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy across F&B, nightlife, events, and lifestyle experiences
  • Set and track KPIs for footfall, revenue, brand awareness, and customer retention
  • Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget and monthly forecasts
Brand Management
  • Uphold and evolve a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints
  • Lead the creative direction for campaigns, content, and all branded communications
Content & Campaigns
  • Oversee content planning and production across social, email, website, PR, and paid media
  • Lead end-to-end execution of seasonal campaigns (e.g., F1, New Year’s Eve, brand collabs)
  • Spearhead influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies
Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Drive customer engagement and conversions via CRM, email marketing, and retargeting
Events & Collaborations
  • Work closely with operations and programming teams to amplify in-house events
  • Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships and co-branded activations
Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing execs, designers, and content creators
  • Manage external partners including PR agencies, photographers, and freelancers
Analytics & Reporting
  • Leverage data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Deliver timely reports and insights to internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing strategies across multiple platforms
  • Solid understanding of brand development, content marketing, digital advertising, and analytics
  • Highly creative with a strong commercial mindset
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality, nightlife, and experience-driven venues
