About the Team: With the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business," Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners. It creatively connects services and roles related to daily life through products like POI, Video, LIVE, Search, making daily experiences richer, more unique, and innovative. Additionally, Local Service fosters an inclusive and healthy business environment, supporting merchants, service providers, and creators to generate revenue and enhance efficiency.

The Local Services Business Development team aims to drive consumer traffic into the TikTok platform, converting it through planning and executing various product assortments, campaigns, and strategic policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the growth of review creators (e.g., Food, Travel) using various growth strategies to attract new creators and motivate them to write reviews. Able to independently develop and implement short-term and long-term user acquisition strategies.
  2. Improve the quality and quantity of reviews by constructing material and spiritual incentive systems for creators and organizing related activities.
  3. Ensure the healthy operation of the review ecosystem by setting high-quality review standards, promoting model construction, and collaborating with GNE to enhance user experience by optimizing strategies for identifying and managing negative reviews.
  4. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, working with product managers in Singapore and Mainland China to drive process improvements, ensure project progress, and achieve results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of operational work experience.
  • Strong communication, coordination skills, and empathy; proficient in creator operation methodologies.
  • Good observation and summarization skills, data sensitivity, and ability to discover and leverage data value.
  • Logical thinking, excellent communication skills, and focus on processes and results.
  • Target-oriented with resilience to pressure, capable of maintaining efficient execution and work rhythm.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the local services industry.
  • Proven success in leading projects and teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
