Description of Duties:
Proactively identify and secure sales for new and used cars, including our luxury, super cars and pre-own selection.
Provide professional service to existing and potential customers from before sales to after sales.
Demonstrate integrity, genuineness and courtesy when handling customers.
Proactive in learning about vehicles' specifications and functions
Managing the complete sales process, including test drives and financing.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
Attend to all customers inquiries.
Actively and professionally resolve customer feedback.
Maintain rapport with existing and new customers
Requirements:
Valid Class 3/3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience is a must.
Experience in automotive, retail sales, service, and hospitality industries preferred.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Working calendar will includes weekends and public holidays.
Remuneration and Benefits:
High basic salary $2,500 + No capped commission & incentive
Annual income of above $100,000
Up to 21 days annual leave
