Workplace Banking Specialist
Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)
Headcount: 3 Vacancies Available
Location: Toa Payoh HDB Hub (with travel to corporate event sites)
Salary: Up to $2,800/month + Sales Incentives
Start Date: Immediate or short notice preferred

Are you a people person who enjoys dynamic, fast-paced environments? Do you thrive in a role where you're constantly meeting new people and making impactful sales? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Workplace Banking Specialist!

This is an exciting front-line opportunity with potential career progression into a Relationship Manager (RM) role. You’ll get the best of both worlds – from engaging clients at corporate roadshows to connecting with prospects over the phone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

70% Roadshow Engagement

  • Tag alongside Relationship Managers to attend corporate roadshows, lunch talks, and on-site events (up to 2 per day during peak periods)

  • Promote bank products such as CASA (Current/Savings Accounts), credit cards, and personal loans

  • Present product offerings confidently and handle face-to-face enquiries

  • Build rapport with corporate staff and decision-makers for long-term client engagement

30% Telesales (Office-Based)

  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the bank

  • Handle inbound queries and outbound sales calls when not on roadshows

  • Assist customers with document collection and application follow-ups

  • Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,400 (based on experience)

  • Fixed Allowances: $400/month (HP: $100 + Transport: $300)

Requirements:
  • Sales experience preferred, but not mandatory – we welcome O-level holders or fresh grads with a passion for sales

  • Confident, self-driven, and comfortable engaging customers in person or via phone

  • Presentable and professional in appearance (client-facing role)

  • Must be comfortable with travelling for corporate events

  • Singaporeans/PRs only

Work Location & Hours:
  • Reporting Office: Toa Payoh HDB Hub, Level 20 East Wing

  • Corporate Events: Varying locations (travel required)

  • Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:30pm (depending on event schedule)
