E Commerce Manager

Job Brief

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce department, with a focus on improving the efficiency of the online sales process.

Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and coordinating various aspects of the company’s e-commerce strategy, such as website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy to improve website performance and grow the online presence.
• Manage and oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Analyze data from online traffic to improve website layout and customer experience.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective online marketing strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage website design and functionality.
• Develop budgets and financial plans, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Manager, Online Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of web design and web analytics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and platforms.
• Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills.
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or relevant field.
