Job description

Reports to: Procurement Manager, Overseas Operations Center

Core Responsibilities:

1. Manage full procurement order lifecycle including supplier contract compliance monitoring, order delivery tracking, and exception handling.
2. Lead procurement reconciliation process ensuring three-way matching (PO/GR/Invoice) and payment timeliness.
3. Coordinate with SQE on material quality issues, driving 8D report implementation and corrective actions.
4. Maintain procurement data records and generate regular KPI reports (OTD, DPPM, etc.).
5. Participate in quarterly supplier business reviews and track improvement implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Language: C1 level English (CEFR standard) with business negotiation proficiency.
• Professional Experience: 2+ years in automotive electronics/consumer electronics procurement.
• Familiar with APQP procurement process and PPAP documentation.
• Experience in electronic components/structural parts/display modules procurement (minimum 2 categories).

Certifications:

• Proficient in INCOTERMS 2020.

Core Competencies:

• Data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Problem-solving certifications (Six Sigma/8D) preferred.

Industry Knowledge:

• Understanding of smart cockpit ecosystem (preferred).
• Cross-border procurement experience (China-Germany/Singapore) (preferred).
• Knowledge of VDA6.3 process audit methodology (preferred).
