Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a range of general construction projects including Road construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, site coordination, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This role requires someone who can ensure project success from start to finish — on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all phases of general construction projects including Road construction, from planning to handover.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, Main contractors, and relevant government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Train and mentor junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and adopting best practices.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and challenges.
Requirements
• Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. An MBA with construction management experience is preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, including general, road, and rail projects, with several years in site coordination, project management, or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination.
• Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on evolving construction trends and technologies.
