An established industry player is seeking an Operations Manager to assist in overseeing the operational activities of their facilities. This role involves managing reports, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Assist Operations Director in the planning, directing, managing and control of Operations activities including the liaising with service providers, managing department cost and workplace safety in the premises.
Responsibilities & Authorities:
1. Manage the reports on performance and operation of dormitory, projects, facilities, system and equipment.
2. Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments to effectively manage processes associated with the operation and maintenance of the Company’s facilities.
3. Liaison and maintain good rapport with local government agencies, such as Police, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Ministry of Manpower, BCA, etc.
4. Review the performance and services at the dormitory on a regular basis, recommending improvement on the workflows and processes.
5. Identify potential issues and risks to prevent and mitigate any disruption to the overall operations of the dormitory.
6. Prepare regular reports on operation status update to the management.
7. Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
8. Reviewing departmental budget and managing cost.
9. Assist the Operations Director in the day to day operations of the dormitory.
