Job Descriptions:
- Attend user engagement workshops to provide subject matter input throughout the hospital design planning process, aiming to optimize patient journeys and enhance patient experience.
- Lead discussions for road-mapping Tengah Hospital development, including clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and resourcing planning.
- Collaborate with consultants, medical planners, and internal stakeholders to develop service flow design and planning parameters aligned with the project's strategic goals.
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop methodologies, technologies, and assumptions for projects.
- Develop end-user briefs, operational requirements, guidelines, and work processes. Organize workshops to gather user requirements and test new models virtually and with physical prototypes.
- Prepare business cases to seek approval for infrastructure growth and funding.
- Track, monitor, and update management on various work streams and planning areas, escalating concerns promptly.
- Prepare periodic reports to update the Tengah Hospital Committee on project progress.
- Organize and lead activities related to the development of Tengah General and Community Hospital.
- Implement operational models in line with hospital service development, ensuring alignment with budget and guidelines.
- Coordinate meetings, book venues, prepare agendas and minutes, arrange catering if needed, and maintain filing systems.
- Raise procurement and payment requests as required.
- Perform any other projects or tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare operations; more experience may be considered for senior roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong working relationships at various levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and work under stress.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
