A leading company in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to support Social Assistance officers. The role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, and assisting clients in obtaining necessary support. Responsibilities
Clementi or Queenstown office
Assist SA (Social Assistance) officers with administrative duties involved in processing clients for financial assistance, according to eligibility criteria, operational, and audit guidelines.
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring accurate and prompt data entry into the system.
Assist SA officers in obtaining necessary documentation from clients.
Refer clients to other support services and resources where relevant.
Ensure proper documentation for families applying for assistance, including case notes, social reports, and supporting evidence.
Accompany SA officers on home visits when necessary.
Requirements:
Singaporean nationality
Degree in any field
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good analytical and writing skills
Team player who is resilient, meticulous, and takes initiative
