Job description

• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Lead the facility management team, overseeing recruitment, training, and staff scheduling

• Manage budgets and resources effectively, including inventory and supply control

• Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

• Oversee and negotiate vendor and service contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

• Design and implement safety procedures and emergency response plans

• Handle all administrative aspects of clinic operations, including service contracts, security, and car park management

• Plan, manage, and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction activities to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency

• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations at any time

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promptly addressing any hazards and strengthening clinic security
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Industry

• Previous working experience in managing support operations will have an added advantage

• Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team
