Job Summary:

  • Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm (Monday – Thursday), 8am – 5pm (Friday)

  • Location: West

  • AWS + PB + Yearly Increment

Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for managing the daily operations, business performance, and service quality of assigned clinical service points. Working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders, the incumbent will also contribute to strategic planning, project execution, and staff management to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, resolve system/process issues with stakeholders, and support procurement and project planning efforts.

  • Service Improvement: Drive service quality and patient satisfaction by reviewing workflows and initiating improvement strategies.

  • Business & Budget Management: Assist with budgeting, track expenditures, and support the development of business plans to achieve volume and financial targets.

  • Staff Management: Supervise and support non-nursing staff, including onboarding, training, performance management, and retention.

  • Communication & Projects: Act as a communication bridge between staff and leadership, and support departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
