Job Title: Order Processing /Warehouse Assistant (ID1519)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: $2800 - $3000
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders
• Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure the timely flow of orders;
• Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all kinds of operation requirements, and regularly summarize and classify the delivery situation, abnormal orders and other data, and timely feedback;
• Responsible for following up the progress of maintenance orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting;
• Responsible for the daily work system optimization requirements, solve abnormal problems, optimize work efficiency;
• Responsible for 6S management on site and assist the person in charge.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Nitec, Diploma in logistics/supply chain management is preferred
• No experience required
• Good attitude, willing to learn, can accept the leadership arrangement
