• Manage and track daily cash flow, payment schedules, and fund allocations.

• Oversee daily accounting administration, including data entries, payment processing, and transaction recording.

• Monitor CRM operation data, working closely with the admin team to ensure accuracy and consistency in customer and transaction records.

• Act as the liaison between finance, admin, and CRM teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of operational transactions.

• Improve and implement workflows to streamline accounting and data monitoring processes.

• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closings, including reconciliations and ledger reviews.

• Support the preparation of management reports, audit schedules, and financial summaries.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as needed.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
